Starting her career with ‘Braathens Safe’ (later merged with SAS Airlines) in Oslo, Norway, in the customer services division, it was a paradigm shift for Linda to enter the media industry. But she did not have to think twice, as her heart was always into media and lifestyle solutions. So after one more move on to Continental Airlines, Linda relocated to Dubai and found her true calling in the media and lifestyle management industry. Raised in Sweden, Linda had a global experience in the airline industry and is a treasure trove of first-hand accounts of life around the world.
This also helps her put forth a fresh and vibrant mix of ideas at the concept and planning stage in all customer interactions. Bringing a global outlook to Gray Matter’s portfolio and as Director – Operations, Linda uses her vast global experience to promote innovative concepts and customer management models that enable effective solutions in a timely and cost effective manner. From the year 2009, Linda Groennevik with her natural interpersonal skills, has enabled the inclusion of hundreds of HNI’s & UHNI’s from India in the Middle East and Africa, along with her husband BijuNinan. She is now on an added mission, heading the new initiatives and international expansion plans of Gray Matter.
